It stresses the importance of knowing when to slow down, take some time, and finding ways to do that. Ms. Penkala was once a jockey, racing horses for a number of years. She draws interesting comparisons between horse racing and the hectic pace of life, how horses love to race but yet, they love to just graze in a paddock, and how important that is.
